HRIS Analyst

The candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Department, vendors, and employees to improve process efficiency, analyze data, and communicate trends to management. Develop, monitor, implement, troubleshoot, issue remediation, and escalation for all HRIS/LMS functionality. Maintain LMS content quality, including but not limited to content creation of LMS courses, curriculums, program assignment schedules, add, update, and retire courses. Monitor reoccurring issues, systems, data, or process gaps and recommend solutions to efficiency issues. Audit and maintain data import and data integrity of all HR Systems for a population of 350+ employees. Run ad-hoc and scheduled reports and analyze/interpret data for key stakeholders as needed. Develop standard operating procedures, system training material for internal users. Assign and update user permissions and structure for all systems. Test new functionality, patch updates, system upgrades to determine business impact and act as. liaison with vendor contacts. Audit and ensure system compliance with federal and state regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HR/ Business or related field or relevant experience is required. Should have 3+ years HRIS/LMS experience. Experience with HR systems implementation and improvement is required. ADP, Cornerstone, Greenhouse experience is preferred.
