Profile

Position requires minimum of 3-5 years of experience with knowledge of legal issues as well as business ownership, management and governance issues affecting businesses.  Experience in the following practice areas helpful:  business taxation; commercial agreements; human resources; formation, acquisition, sale, merger and liquidation of business entities; business transactions; and financial reporting.Successful candidate should possess: Pennsylvania license; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team. Maryland license helpful, but not required. Resume, references, college and law school transcripts, and writing sample required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
