Senior Business Analyst

The candidate will execute an understanding of Business Analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices. Support requirements gathering and user story sessions. Document detailed requirements to execution teams. Set achievable objectives while staying on budget and delivering high-quality work products on time. Monitor project budget, schedule, and activity progress to ensure the project remains on target in achieving client objectives. Represent client objectives in solution design sessions and ensure client requirements are met in final The document, analysis, and map business processes. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, and Data Analytics. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, and Data Analytics. Top-tiered management consulting experience (Big 4, MBB, Accenture, etc.) preferred. PMP or other professional certification in project management, and process optimization is preferred. Should have 1-3 years of related Business Analysis or PMO experience. Must possess a critical problem-solving mindset; excellent communication skills.
