Duties

• Advise and support clients throughout their case.
• Represent claimants at Social Security disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Assist with personal injury cases, including intake, case development, and negotiations.
• Draft motions, briefs, and occasional federal court filings.
• Gain exposure to other practice areas handled by the firm.

Requirements

• Licensed Texas attorney or recent graduate awaiting bar results.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
