Duties

• Collaborate with a legal team to manage cases from inception to closure.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, and policy language.
• Review and analyze documents, including claims files and discovery materials.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and experts.
• Engage in trial preparation.

Requirements

• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with all aspects of civil litigation.
• Insurance coverage experience preferred.
• Proactive case management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
