Duties

• Defend against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
• Handle wage and hour defense, including PAGA claims and Labor Code violations.
• Manage EEOC, CRD, and DLSE investigations.
• Address wrongful termination and whistleblower claims.
• Conduct PAGA defense and manage class actions.
• Review employee handbooks and develop policies.

Requirements

• Experience in pleadings, law and motion, discovery, and trial work.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.

Skills
