• Represent clients in ERISA litigation matters, including but not limited to claims involving pension plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and fiduciary obligations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; additional admission to other jurisdictions is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERISA-related litigation.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and related laws.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; additional admission to other jurisdictions is a plus.
