The candidate will review and advise on global product marketing and sales programs and initiatives to provide legal risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Will lead and coordinate legal advice across complex and multifaceted legal issues such as data use and privacy, sales and marketing, competition, and other global legal frameworks. Collaborate with and drive influence across legal and business team subject matter experts, and guide escalations to appropriate stakeholders in order to take strategic and informed risks to meet client needs. Coordinate with policy, communications, product management, engineering, sales and other cross-functional teams on business strategy.
