Duties

• Conduct antitrust and competition law research and analysis.
• Manage government and internal investigations.
• Handle civil antitrust litigation, including discovery and pretrial motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before enforcement authorities.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law or civil antitrust litigation.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Prior federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Background in economics or related subjects preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
