The candidate should have experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; federal or state supreme court clerkship preferred. Must have experience with and possesses the following qualities: Established research and writing capabilities; drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents; taken/defended depositions; managed large document collection and production. Should be experienced in all phases of discovery. Trial and arbitration experience is essential. Should possess a strong academic record from a top law school. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
