Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on cybersecurity and incident response matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response
  • Membership to the TX State Bar
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal research skills
  • Superb writing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Membership to the TX State Bar
