Duties

• Represent clients in securities class actions and derivative litigation.
• Handle M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty suits and corporate control disputes.
• Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement defense.
• Defend accountants and professional liability matters.
• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of securities litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
