A law firm seeks a Transactional Antitrust Associate to join its expanding Antitrust and Competition practice group in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and merger enforcement actions. They should be adept at counseling clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance and representing clients before antitrust enforcement authorities.

Duties

• Advise clients on antitrust and competition law matters.
• Represent clients in government antitrust investigations and merger enforcement actions.
• Counsel clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance.
• Engage with antitrust enforcement authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Requirements

• 2nd-5th year associate experience in antitrust and competition law.
• Experience with government antitrust investigations and merger enforcement actions.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
