- Oversee case teams and collaborate with support staff and fellow attorneys
- Engage in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
Requirements
- 18 years of experience in employment law, specifically wage and hour defense
- Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Proven track record managing complex litigation and high-volume caseloads
- Strong oral advocacy, analytical, and legal writing abilities
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
