Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and litigation when necessary.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
• Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating for clients' best interests in both pre-litigation and litigation.

Requirements

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
• Legal administrative experience including managing case files and documentation efficiently.
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
