Duties

• Handle unfair labor practice charges at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
• Conduct research and writing tasks.
• Represent management in NLRB elections.
• Provide legal advice on union organizing and corporate campaigns.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Manage grievance, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
• Obtain mass picketing injunctions.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of litigation or labor work as an attorney.
• Traditional labor experience preferred.
• Ohio Bar Admission required.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Ohio Bar Admission.
