Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior- to mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its South Florida Real Estate group, ideally in Boca Raton, Florida. This is an in-office role offering a unique opportunity to engage in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.

Duties

• Represent regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate.
• Conduct title and survey reviews.
• Draft closing documents and negotiate loan documents.
• Close real estate transactions efficiently.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar, or willing to sit for the Florida Bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission.

Skills

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage transactions from inception to closing.
