Job Overview

A law firm seeks a driven Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta, GA office. The successful candidate will manage a caseload with the support of a leading personal injury firm, focusing on delivering justice without the pressure of billable hours or case generation.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation case work daily.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents, demands, and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage release and approval processes.
• Supervise case managers and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Assist with property damage and examinations under oath (EOUs).

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.
