Analyze complex legal issues and formulate strategy. Case evaluation and comprehensive client reporting. Write motions, pleadings, written discovery requests and responses. Write administrative charges (EEOC, TWC). Draft discovery that makes the other side sweat. Review discovery responses and document production. Prepare for and attend hearings. Take depositions of parties, key witnesses, corporate representatives and designated experts. Assist in trial preparation and attend trials. Manage cases, meet deadlines, and shift priorities depending on the needs of the firm. Maintain a detailed record of billable hours. Must be licensed to practice in Texas. Fluent written and spoken Spanish is a significant plus.
