A law firm in Madison is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong drafting and organizational skills, exceptional academic credentials, and previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to corporate transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.
• Assist in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
