Job Overview:

• Independently manage caseload under partner supervision.
• Conduct legal research, handle discovery, and analyze medical and employment records.
• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, providing status reports and updates.

Duties:

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of California.
• Strong interest in insurance defense work.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Efficient under pressure, meeting deadlines.
• Good decision-making and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with fellow attorneys.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred.
• Experience with medical malpractice or Federal court preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
