Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A reputable law firm, specializing in insurance coverage disputes, seeks a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join their team in Naples, FL. This role is designed for an experienced litigator with a strong background in complex insurance claims. Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Take and defend depositions, as well as engage in discovery and motion practice.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and clients to develop strategies for coverage litigation.
• Advise clients on policy placements, renewals, drafting of policy language, and contractual risk transfer.
• Foster and maintain direct relationships with clients, offering high-level legal counsel.
• Oversee case and matter management, ensuring timely and organized progression of litigation.
• Participate in business development efforts, contributing to the firm’s growth.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in state and/or federal court litigation.
• Proven track record in handling insurance-related litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and motion practice.
• High-level analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and dedication to client service.
• Previous experience in insurance coverage or construction litigation is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to Florida State Bar.
