Senior Human Resources Analyst - Operations
Duties: Coordinating the processing of human resources transactions, reviews request to fill positions, directs and reviews the preparation of requests to fill positions; tracks the certification and selection process; directs and participates in the processing of appointments; and receives, reviews and processes personal services contracts; Providing advice, consultation and information to departmental managers, supervisors and employees regarding organizational structures, appropriate staffing patterns, classification, compensation, budgetary issues and related personnel rules, policies and procedures; Interpreting and administering provisions of various collective bargaining agreements; Supervising/training professional and technical staff; Administering, evaluating, and monitoring/tracking requests for salary adjustments; Responding to requests for information from City Attorney’s Office, Licensing Agencies, Quality Control Officers, other public agencies and DPH employees; Interpreting, administering, and processing requests for pay differentials and pay premiums; Designing and implementing training programs for managers and staff; Managing and monitoring special projects; Gathering data and preparing statistical analyses; Conducting annual performance evaluations for subordinate staff; and Performing other duties as assigned/required.
