Duties

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
• Conduct depositions and meet and confers.
• Engage in ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments in employment matters.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least two years of experience in employment litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to type 40 wpm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
