IP Litigation Partner

Profile

A law firm seeks a seasoned IP Litigation Partner to enhance its collaborative team. This position is ideal for an attorney who values diversity and innovation in their practice. While the role is primarily remote, attorneys based in New York may have the option to work in a hybrid setting.

Duties

• Manage and lead complex IP litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Represent clients in various proceedings, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints and substantive motions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Must possess one active state bar registration; New York is preferred but not mandatory.
• A portable book of business demonstrating established client relationships and business acumen.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.
