The candidate will maintain an executive calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and firm information. Organize and schedule appointments. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Update and maintain department procedures. Book travel arrangements. Provide general support to employees in the department. Liaise with managers and staff to handle requests and queries. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and faxes. Interact with clients, staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Perform general clerical duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and other presentation software such as MS Office and/or other programs. Provide support for assigned project-based work. Assist in coordinating department special events. Other duties as assigned.
