Profile

Carlton Fields is seeking a first- to third- year associate with a strong interest in affordable and multifamily commercial financing and general commercial real estate transactions, along with a demonstrated interest in being part of a national commercial real estate practice. Experience working with multifamily housing and health care facilities under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development insurance program, or substantive prior non-legal experience in the real estate or financial industries, is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
