Duties

• Defend high-exposure general liability matters, including premises, product, and construction liability.
• Manage cases in collaboration with supervising partners.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, and take depositions.
• Appear in court and play key roles in trial preparation and trial.
• Work directly with clients on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of general liability defense experience.
• Active Tennessee bar license; additional state licenses preferred.
• Experience litigating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
• Strong experience with pleadings, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership over assigned matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Tennessee bar license.
