Duties

• Conduct patent searches and draft patentability opinions.
• Prepare freedom-to-operate and other IP-related opinions.
• Collaborate with team members on patent prosecution matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in biotech patent prosecution.
• Proficiency in patent searching and drafting IP-related opinions.
• Self-motivated and collaborative with intellectual curiosity.

Education

• Advanced degree in cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, bioengineering, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health.

Certifications

• Prior experience as a patent agent or in a law firm or industry setting preferred.
