Procurement Operations Specialist
Duties: Process orders and renewal information into the asset management system. Accurately follow processes for purchases and renewals, including appropriate approvals, drafting of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and order tracking. Assist with tracking expenditures for budget and forecast variance analysis. Prepare charts, graphs, and spreadsheets to illustrate key performance indicators. Liaises with key firm stakeholders to identify project needs and requirements. Develop innovative approaches to review procurement process effectiveness. Research, analyze, and gather data to support purchasing decisions. Prepare software and electronic resource utilization reports where available for Procurement and business owners. Effectively work on multiple projects, assignments, and priorities and perform other duties as assigned. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, cancellations, licenses, account reconciliation and outstanding concerns. Ensure that all documentation related to purchases, cancellations, and vendors are filed in the appropriate systems.
