Location:

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters related to liability defense and insurance coverage.
• Represent clients in court and manage case preparation, including research, motions, and discovery.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and advice to clients on complex insurance matters.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and manage disputes efficiently.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation, including liability defense and/or insurance coverage.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required; NJ Bar admission is preferred.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.
• Strong experience in litigation and case management.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of success in liability defense and insurance coverage litigation.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York Bar Admission (Required)
• New Jersey Bar Admission (Preferred)
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission (Plus)

• Strong litigation skills, with experience in defense and coverage matters.
