Duties

• Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
• Gain hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and argue substantive motions.

Requirements

• Current member of the South Carolina bar in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
