A law firm seeks a highly motivated M&A/Transactional Attorney with over 5 years of experience to join their Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M&A, transactional, and general corporate law, preferably within the healthcare and dental industries.

Duties

• Negotiate and draft transactional and commercial documents.
• Prepare asset-purchase agreements, partnership/operating agreements, and employment agreements.
• Engage in substantial client interaction and play a direct role in case outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania bar admission required.
• Experience in M&A and transactional law, preferably in healthcare and dental sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal tasks independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
