- Assist clients with corporate finance, securities offerings, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate transaction-related documents, including purchase agreements and corporate governance materials
- Conduct due diligence and provide risk analysis for corporate transactions
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to business transactions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategic business solutions
Requirements
- Experience handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance, and joint ventures (preferred)
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-driven environment
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
- Admission to the Florida State Bar (preferred)
