A law firm seeks a personable and motivated Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Cumming, GA. The caseload includes fiduciary, property, business, and government litigation. Ideal candidates will have two to four years of experience in these areas.

Duties

• Represent businesses and individuals on various legal matters.
• Handle important contract disputes.
• Provide knowledgeable input to assigned cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and primary attorneys.
• Work on real property disputes and assist with government representation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide support in case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Lexis+ and the Microsoft suite.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet urgent deadlines.
