Duties

• Draft credit agreements, security documents, and other loan documents.
• Close loan transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with clients, including commercial banks and non-bank lenders.
• Participate in all aspects of financing transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of general debt finance experience.
• Active license in Colorado or ability to waive in.
• Strong academic background preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible for waiver.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating financial documents.
