Location:  San Jose, CA 

Duties:

• Manage legal defense for workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including discovery, litigation, and final resolution.
• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to handle cases.
• Perform legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft motions as needed.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure proactive case management and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Utilize superior negotiation skills to resolve cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Experience in workers' compensation (preferred).
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to proactive case management and client service.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications:

• Member, State Bar of California
