Duties

• Coordinate litigation matters in Texas State and Federal courts through all phases.
• Manage all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Draft and argue motions with precision.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in a top-tier law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk preferred.
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Texas State Bar.
