• Draft and negotiate various corporate agreements, including shareholder, operating, and commercial contracts.
• Conducted due diligence reviews and managed closings for corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance issues related to corporate law and startup operations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters and transactions.
• Stay updated on legal and industry developments relevant to corporate law and emerging company representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in sophisticated corporate law practice, with a demonstrated focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation.
• Strong affinity for technology and life sciences sectors.
• Excellent academic credentials with a proven record of success.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships and work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
