Duties

• Represent clients in business litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
