Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation
  • Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of probate, trust administration, and fiduciary law
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong client-facing and advocacy skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
