The candidate should have J.D. Should have 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience with a background in Life Sciences. Experience in contract drafting, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device space, is a must. This candidate will be working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Must possess excellent academic credentials as well as organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.
