Commercial Lending Mid-Level Associate or Senior Counsel (RE)
The candidate will be representing lenders in commercial finance transactions; in particular, secured bank lending from origination through documentation and closing. Drafting and negotiating mortgages, leases and other common real estate documents. Doing title and survey reviews and real estate closings. Should have 4-5 years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions at a law firm, bank or other finance company and be familiar with real estate-related matters relating to loan transactions. Strong communication and client relations skills and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple transactions are essential. Have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills, superior academic credentials as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the Bar in the jurisdiction for the office in which they work.
