Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This firm offers dynamic legal representation across a wide range of cases, including business disputes, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, demonstrating strong legal research, writing skills, and attention to detail while supporting the firm’s attorneys with their case management and litigation efforts.

Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as letters, memos, motions, pleadings, and orders.
• Prepare lead attorneys for upcoming hearings and provide support throughout.
• Manage and track case deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal support staff to coordinate discovery efforts.
• Conduct thorough legal research on a variety of case-related topics.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience as a litigation associate.
• Must have a strong legal research and writing background, with top marks in these areas during law school.
• 155+ LSAT score preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe; familiarity with Clio is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Must have graduated from law school cum laude or within the top 25% of the class.
• Comfortable with remote work, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Graduated with honors (cum laude or top 25%).

Certifications:

• A valid Bar license is required.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with legal software like Clio and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Location:
