A law firm seeks a Transportation Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, California. Duties

• Independently manage cases from inception through trial.
• Attend court hearings and manage discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Proactively communicate with clients during litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
• Licensed to practice in the State of California.
• 1+ years of transportation litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and deadline management skills.
• Experience with discovery in complex matters.
