The candidate must have collections customer service background, ideally in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. will need to be well-versed in Microsoft’s suite of programs and data entry, able to type at least 75 wpm, and be familiar with general office work including but not limited to printing, scanning, and mail machines. Candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high-volume workload. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
