Duties

Requirements

• Admitted and licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Ability to handle a large caseload and supervise a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
