Duties:

• Conduct antitrust audits and develop compliance programs.
• Provide antitrust counseling to clients.
• Handle antitrust litigation and government investigations.
• Manage class action litigation and debarment proceedings.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions and private treble damage litigation.
• Engage in international cartel investigations and grand jury inquiries.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of antitrust experience.
• Strong background in civil litigation and class action defense.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
• Large firm experience preferred.
• Federal clerkship completion is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
