Job Overview

A law firm seeks a partner or counsel to join the Energy practice group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and possess experience in FERC regulatory, RTO, and transactional matters.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel on energy-related matters.
• Engage in regulatory and transactional work within the energy sector.
• Collaborate with team members to support client needs.

Requirements

• Experience with FERC regulatory and RTO matters.
• Transactional experience in the energy sector.
• Lobbying experience is considered but not essential.
• Experience with MISO, PJM, and/or SPP is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio or eligible for admission.

Skills
