Duties

• Advise on taxation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Provide guidance on private equity funds and structures.
• Engage in capital markets and international transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Self-starter with team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Tax LL.M preferred.

Certifications

• Admission to and in good standing with the New York or Washington D.C. Bar.
